This fully immersive VR experience brought biomedical science to life, showcasing the vital role biomedical scientists play in modern healthcare.

The IBMS Accredited Space Lab is designed to spark curiosity, break down barriers and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Set inside a futuristic Space Lab, users were guided through an interactive journey, taking control of a simulated urine sample and following it through each stage of microbiological testing. From sample collection to result analysis, participants got a close-up look at the complex processes behind diagnosing illness.

This wasn’t just a virtual experience—it was an invitation to explore what biomedical scientists do and why their work matters. It offered our visitors the chance to see if a career in biomedical science might be right for them.
